Color TV
Those things next to the screen are called knobs. That is how people used to change channels. In those days some shows gained success simply because people were too lazy to get up and change the channel.
I suppose I could point out how funny it is that Sears advertised color TVs in black and white but that would be too obvious. Ha ha.
