Plantation Ham Pie

Plantation Ham Pie

When armed uprisings were not possible, the slaves revolted in subtle ways. This dish is an example. Pot, instead of parsley, was often used as the garnish. Master thought the food looked revolting but Master and the family enjoyed eating it. They would eat tons of it. Master was always happy after eating this meal and when Master is happy, everyone on the plantation is happy.
